Gear
Augmentation Evoker Tier Set for Amirdrassil
- 2-Set - Every third Prescience lasts 100% longer.
- 4-Set - Casting Prescience enhances your next Eruption with smaller fissures for each Prescience you have active, each dealing (110% of Spell power) damage and extending Ebon Might by 0.2 sec.
The 2 Set allows us to have more control over the targets we buff. With the 100% longer duration on every third Prescience it’s possible to often have 3 and sometimes even 4 Precience buffs out at the same time.
The 4 Set is a neat buff that works completely passive. There is one thing to have an eye on. Trembling Earth, the buff we get from Casting Prescience, is capped on 5 Stacks. To minmax the gain from our 4 Set keep an eye on it and consume the Buff by casting a Eruption before using Prescience again to avoid overcapping.
When acquiring Set items and finishing 4 Set try to aim for a helmet, shoulders, chest and gloves. The reason for that is that you want to craft an embellishment that is restricted to the legs slot.

Augmentation Evoker Trinkets
Your best trinkets for M+ and Raiding content are:
Any of these 3 are great options to use. Having a Mastery or Intellect boost from Nymue’s Unraveling Spindle or Balefire Branch combined with Breath of Eons makes Augmentation a great support for any DPS cooldowns going on. Note that Balefire Branch loses intellect when taking damage so having Nymue’s Unraveling Spindle ends up being more consistent. It still is the best option that can be farmed with Mythic+.
Belo’relos, The Suncaller has an insane amount of flat damage and even gives you the option to deal some priority damage on specific targets you want to eliminate fast.
While you’re trying to get your hands on any of the trinkets above you focus on wearing trinkets that either give you intellect or mastery in any form.
So the next best options are:
Augmentation Evoker Embellishments
Allied Legguards of Sansok Khan and Adaptive Dracothyst Armguards are your go-to crafts early on. Crafting Blue Silken Lining on any given item enables you to craft Complicated Cuffs which are a great fit since you can force them to have mastery as their only secondary stat. Acidic Hailstone Treads are a good 3rd option if you can’t drop Set legs, they perform well on Single Target but don’t really scale with multiple targets.
For further crafts you should aim for slots where you can get the most item level and mastery. So a low item level ring with haste / versatility would get a huge upgrade if it's replaced with a crafted one where you can force it to have mastery.
Nasz’uro, the Unbound Legacy
Some quick notes about our legendary weapon and how to make a decision on swapping it for a new one.
With the passive effect of providing allies with primary stat, Nasz’uro the Unbound Legacy outscales other weapons with similar item levels. This even goes up to weapons around ~ 480 item level. Weapons with an item level of 480 and higher are generally of a higher value since they bring so much more flat intellect, and secondary stats of course.
Two extra weapons to keep an eye one are:
- Dreambinder, Loom of the Great Cycle dropping from Nymue, Weaver of the Cycle
- Vakash, the Shadowed Inferno dropping from Fyrakk the Blazing
- Iridal, The Earth’s Master from the Mythic+ dungeon Dawn of the Infinite: Galakrond's Fall
They all bring a damage proc or use that contribute a lot to Augmentations overall performance.
