Gear
Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope Tier Set
- 2p: You and your Grove Guardian’s Nourishes now heal 2 additional allies within 40 yds at 40% effectiveness.
- 4p: Clearcasting now causes your Regrowth to also cast Nourish onto a nearby injured ally at 200% effectiveness, preferring those with your heal over time effects.
A pretty big shake up to the builds we used, resulting in, actually, a pretty strong set, thanks to the new interactions between Incarnation: Tree of Life and Grove Guardians, where these treants will be your new MVP best friends, on top of the already existing Rejuvenation.
The 4p double dips, meaning the free Nourish WILL proc the 2p too, healing 2 additional allies (combining all the different sources of Nourish, this spell will be worth a good 20% of your overall healing during a raid encounter, with the current numbers).
Trinkets
Amalgam’s Seventh Spine: With the addition of Black Rook Hold in the new Season 3 dungeons pool, this trinket will probably say hello once again for some healers, including Druid, thanks to its very good mana support.
Pip’s Emerald Friendship Badge: The new stats stick trinket of the raid, giving a random different diminishing buff each time (it will never be twice the same, but it’s not a specific order neither, and you sometimes might not see a given stat for some time).
Coagulated Genesaur Blood: A very good stats stick trinket, obtainable in dungeons (The Everbloom).
Echoing Tyrstone: A really strong trinket, that you’ll need to use during your heavy healing moments, storing a fraction of it. The healing by itself will be passive after that, requiring no additional planning on your part.
Sea Star: Another great stats stick trinket, especially in M+ or in raids during progress thanks to its high amount of Versatility. It has 1.5 RPPM, resulting in a ~35% uptime.
Optimal Gear (Best in Slot)
Here are two lists of the optimal gear set-up you want to reach, either for M+ or for raids. Do note that these lists include every item that will fit the stats priority (covered in this guide) depending of the content you’re aiming for, including specific items (mainly trinkets, or some Use weapons if applicable).
For every raid trinket, I’ll list an alternative which you can obtain in M+, as raids are not something you can farm over and over during a said day.
There sometimes can be alternatives, especially depending on which stats you already have on your character, or for some very specific purposes, so keep in mind that you don’t necessarily always want to match this exact list. Most of the time, ilevel will be the biggest factor, and some stats, such as Mastery in M+, can have a relatively different value depending on what you’ll need (since this one won’t provide any DPS gain, but ONLY healing).

Restoration Druid M+ Best in Slot List
This list will provide the Best in Slot gear for doing M+ keys while prioritizing DPS for your trinkets set-up. Of course, those can be swapped, if you need extra-survivability on a said-key for instance. Do not seek a specific list for this particular case, just think about what you need in order to heal & survive an encounter at first, when you’re pushing very high keys where most spells can one shot people. Then, you can bring some DPS effects.

Embellishments
Embellishments can be added to your crafted Dragonflight gear, with a maximum of 2 embellished pieces of gear. Some crafted items act as embellished items by themselves due to their “Equipped” effect.
The most useful are:
- Potion Absorption Inhibitor is good either for DPS or HPS since you can cast extra HoTs without any mana cost thanks to Potion of Chilled Clarity, or use it for DPS purposes with a DPS potion, generally at the start of an encounter, where you won’t need that much mana (think about Terros)
- Magazine of Healing Darts is purely for healing, adding some extra healing darts to your spells with a pretty good value.
- Elemental Lariat is a craft embedded with an embellishment, granting you extra secondary stats depending on your gems. If you have Haste gems, you’ll have a Haste buff. If you have multiple combinations of gems with multiple secondary stats, you will have a chance to proc any one of those secondaries. This is a very good craft overall, thanks to its effect, and the fact that you’ll have your desired stats on this necklace. Don’t forget to add 3 sockets to it!
