Mistweaver Monk Interface, Macros and WeakAuras Guide

Setting up your UI as a healer is extremely important. The main things you want to pay attention to:

• Make sure your frames are close to your character / your weakauras. Since you will spend the majority of your time looking at these 3 things, it will help you immensely having all of them close to each other.
• Make sure your frames are set up: This mainly means that you see all the important debuffs, stacks and their duration, as well as important buffs such as your HoTs and such. A lot of different raid frames have a lot of space for customization, it’s extremely worth it to spend some time tailoring your frames for your needs. I personally use default frames, but VuhDo, ElvUi frames or Grid 2 are all great alternatives.
• Make sure you have all your abilities keybound, and you have mouseover macros for them. Clicking on spells and frames to target an ally is suboptimal and can lead to losing a lot of downtime and a lot of wasted GCDs.
• Make sure to use Weakauras for your spec and also an addon for tracking other raid members' Raid CD’s usage. I personally use Exorsus Raid Tools for this, however, it’s hidden on the screenshot.

A default mouseover macro, which you should do for all your beneficial spells.

Mystic Touch Mouseover Macro

A macro which will allow you to put Mystic Touch debuff, if you mouseover or target an enemy, which is far away.
